About the role

As a junior production project manager, you will support the project team in working on customer projects related to modifications and new construction of marine platforms. The role involves being part of the planning and follow-up of projects while learning how we work with quality, time, and cost in a project-oriented environment. You will collaborate closely with your colleagues and have contact with customers and other stakeholders, giving you a broad understanding of the entire project process.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and updating of project plans, cost estimates, and schedules.
Support the project manager in following up on delivery requirements and project goals.
Participate in the work of developing production plans and building project teams.
Prepare materials for status reports and meetings.
Help with risk assessments and identify improvement opportunities.
Contribute to building good relationships with customers and project stakeholders.

About you

We are looking for someone at the beginning of their career with an interest in project management and production. You are curious, structured, and enjoy collaborating with others. Requirements:

Relevant education, such as in project management, engineering, or industry.
Good communication skills in Swedish and English.
Basic knowledge of project methodology and an interest in learning more.

Practical experience in production, project management, or technical projects.
Familiarity with marine products or technical systems.
Interest in working in an international environment.
